Have you even been licked by a Giraffe? If yes, you will know that it feels like rubbing a piece of 'sandpaper' on your hand! When I had an opportunity to visit the Giraffes at the Nairobi Giraffe Centre in July 2007, I was thrilled more so because I was told I could feed them and feel their rough toungue on my skin.
